To increase customer retention, Dishpatch needed to create 'moments' throughout the year to re-engage customers and talk about our offering.

As food is so linked to times of the year, I realised that the changing seasons and big calendar moments were the perfect opportunities to talk about new products and remind customers about us.

Together with our food team, we developed products and marketing campaigns that worked in tandem. To promote them, I explored a variety of retention channels. Particularly effective was a seasonal catalogue – The Feed – sent out to customers’ homes, which showcased our products through engaging editorial.

‘Take it Away’ was a four-week campaign promoting chef menus themed around specific food destinations, giving the customers the feeling of being on holiday. The limited edition menus were released weekly to drive urgency and keep customers engaged.
